The systems are designed to supply water to outside taps or for similar applications. We do not advise our customers to use these systems for internal water functions, such as WC flushing.

"Why has the mains back-up been removed from the garden systems, surely you use more water in the garden?"

Ans: We have removed this feature from these systems for two main reasons. Firstly, where hose-pipe bans are in force, as long as there isn't a mains connection, the rainwater harvesting system can be used. Secondly, the controls are less sophicated and allow for a reduction in the price compared to the full domestic rainwater systems.
